The Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age without verifiable consent from a  child’s parent. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Website  without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13  without parental consent. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Website  or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or  email address, without parental consent. If we learn we have collected or received personal  information through the Website from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will  delete that information. For the Services apart from the Website that involve children under 13 years  of age, we will obtain verifiable parental consent to collect such information. Information automatically collected 

We use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to evaluate your use of the Services, compile reports on activity, collect demographic data, analyze performance metrics, and collect and evaluate other information relating to the Services and internet usage. This information does not reveal your identity directly (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information which makes you identifiable, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about when you use our Website and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Website, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. Like many organizations, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. 

The information we collect includes: 

  • Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic usage and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Website and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type and settings and information about your activity in the Website (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called ‘crash dumps’) and hardware settings).

However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we work hard to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Website is at your own risk. 


Opting out of emails: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we may still communicate with you, for example to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes. To opt-out in other ways, you may contact us using the contact information provided. 


Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice. 


The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the privacy practices or the content of any of our business partners, advertisers, sponsors, or other websites to which we provide links. As such, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those third-party websites. You should check the applicable third-party privacy policy and terms of use when visiting any other websites. 


California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee,  Texas, Utah, and Virginia provide (now or in the future) their state residents with rights to:

  • Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information’s nature  processing purpose (excluding Iowa and Utah).

  • profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (excluding  Iowa and Utah).

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales.  Residents who wish to exercise this sale opt-out rights may submit a request to us. However, please  know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements. 


The Services are operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your country of origin. If you are located outside the United States and choose to use the Services, you consent to any transfer and processing of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice, and you do so at your own risk.
